- YEDA does not take a commission on what you charge your customers.
Owner FAQs
Is listing my business really free?
Yes. Creating a profile costs nothing. Paid plans and sponsored placements are optional extras that you choose yourself from your dashboard.
What costs extra?
Silver, Gold and Diamond are 30-day purchases at the prices shown above, and sponsored spotlight placements are sold separately. Nothing renews automatically.
Do you charge for enquiries or take a commission?
Customers contact you directly by phone, WhatsApp or the enquiry form, and YEDA does not take a cut of your sales. YEDA does not currently charge per enquiry. If that changes, it will be stated here before it applies to you.
Will I get a fixed number of enquiries or a top rank?
No. YEDA cannot promise any number of enquiries, calls or any ranking position. Your dashboard shows the profile views, call clicks and WhatsApp clicks that were actually recorded.
What does “Verified” mean?
A Verified badge means a YEDA reviewer approved the listing after checking its details. A published profile without the badge is still live, just not yet reviewed. Having a GST number on file is not by itself a verification.
Who can see my phone number and details?
The phone and WhatsApp numbers you put on the profile are shown publicly so customers can reach you. Your account details, email and login number are never shown.
Can I edit or remove my listing?
You can edit every part of your profile from the dashboard at any time. To remove a listing, contact support from the email address on the Contact page.
My business is already on YEDA. How do I take it over?
Open the listing and choose “Claim this business”. We check that you are the owner before giving you edit access; nothing changes on the listing until that check is complete.
